Our story so far.
Bringing salad bowls to the south west
Mads & Jack (pictured here ») started Greens & Grains off the back of the idea your food tastes so much better when it’s fresh. So many salads on the market today are made with health in mind rather than flavour. We’re on a mission to ensure we deliver flavour first bowls that, coincidently are good for you.
Having worked together for the last 4 years they’ve got a pretty set way of thinking about the world. Check out more about this below.
You can get hold of Greens & Grains bowls both for catering & events, as well as find them stocked in some of Bristol’s best coffee & lunch spots, but we’ll be bringing it to a fixed bricks & mortar spot in the near future.
OUR ETHOS
01
Knowing where your food comes from
We’re super proud that all our ingredients come from South West suppliers, that they are sourced with care to help deliver the very best in our bowls & juices. We work with suppliers who understand the food system, understand sustainability and ultimately, understand quality produce.
Check out our blog post about working with Bristol Basil Co (Bristol’s sustainable vertical farm by the team at Lettus Grow).
02
Bold flavour & healthy shouldn’t have to be a choice
We all live in a world where it’s all about fast and cheap food, we’re on a mission to show that eating well can be a treat, something to look forward to, something that powers you to be a your best and helps you bond with others like you.
03
connecting people who are passionate about great food
Food and human connection are both things we can’t be survive without, it’s even better when they are delivered together. Not just through bonding those who think food can be better, but through giving back, supporting local charities and donating food to Square Food foundation to help those who need it get their hands on good quality produce.
